Production & Delivery

All Abaya Studio pieces are made to order.

Please allow 14–21 business days for production before your order is ready for dispatch.

The 14–21 business day period is for production only and does not include courier delivery time.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive your tracking details.

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, production or delivery may take slightly longer.

All Abaya Studio abayas are made to order based on the customer's selected design, size, and customization.

For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by Abaya Studio.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Sizing issues caused by an incorrect size or measurements selected by the customer are not considered manufacturing defects.

If the finished abaya does not match the confirmed order specifications due to an error from Abaya Studio, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
