Caring for your abaya
Washing
Follow the care label attached to your abaya. For delicate fabrics or detailed pieces, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
Drying
Avoid tumble drying unless specifically permitted on the care label. Air dry your abaya away from direct sunlight.
Ironing & Steaming
Use a steamer whenever possible. If ironing is required, use a low temperature and place a protective cloth between the iron and delicate fabrics or embellishments.
Storage
Store your abaya on a suitable hanger in a cool, dry place. Avoid overcrowding to help maintain its shape.
Embroidery & Embellishments
Handle embroidery, beads, and decorative details gently. Avoid pulling, rubbing, or placing heavy pressure on embellished areas.
Perfume
For delicate fabrics, avoid spraying perfume directly onto the abaya to reduce the risk of marks or discoloration.
